Please Note: All sales are final and no returns are accepted. However, Cellnow INC offers a 60-day warranty on all purchases.
Warranty Coverage: The 60-day warranty covers device issues that are not caused by accidental damage or misuse of the device.
Repair: In the event of a covered issue, Cellnow INC will inspect and diagnose the device, then proceed to fix it at no cost to the customer.
Replacement: If a device cannot be repaired, a replacement device will be provided.
Alternative Solutions: In the rare case that a replacement is not available, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative — which may include a different device or a full refund.
Please note: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or mishandling of the device.
